Organizational Structure
Christina Krause, Founder
Christina Krause is a co-founder of Canoo (NASDAQ: GOEV), an electric vehicle company she helped build from concept to public listing. She led the development of core operational infrastructure, establishing the organizational foundation required to support rapid scale.
Over the past two decades, Christina has built operational and brand foundations for global companies including BMW Financial Services, McLaren, Christian Dior, Roche Bobois, and Bugaboo. Her expertise centers on organizational structure, leadership alignment, and scaling early-stage companies into mature operating organizations.
She founded Kore Operations to help EV, mobility, and technology startups build the operational clarity and discipline required to scale successfully.
Christina is based in Venice, California, where she is actively involved in the local business and cultural community, including serving on the board of the Venice Heritage Museum.
